REGIONAL LOSS PREVENTION ADVISOR – North Kent/ Surrey/ South East London – £28,500 + car + bonus + staff discount + benefits

Our client is a national retailer, with sites across the UK. The company is in a period of growth and they are seeking to recruit a loss prevention advisor to join their team and be responsible for approximately 80 sites.

The role is to reduce shrinkage, increase company overall profitability and to continue to promote the security department as a key player within the business. The majority of your time will be based around investigations and proactive loss prevention risk assessments, compliance audits and trend analysis.

Previous multi-site loss prevention/security experience is essential. Wicklander-Zulawski interview technique experience would be an advantage, however training will be given. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company and team with potential for the future. AM/1104-7 Apply

RETAIL SECURITY SUPERVISOR (Nights) – Central London – c.£28k + benefits
Our client, a leading security service provider, seeks to recruit a Supervisor to manage a team of retail officers.

You will supervise, lead and motivate a team of uniformed security officers to carry out comprehensive best practice security and Health & Safety duties to ensure a safe environment for staff, freelancers/contractors, customers and visitors reducing the opportunities for crime, disorder and accidents.

You will provide security support and advice to minimise exposure to loss, through the implementation of security policies and procedures. You will need to display exceptional standards of customer service and professionalism at all times, as well as having the ability to lead by example, which is paramount.

You will need extensive experience of working as a supervisor or team leader, ideally within a prestigious/luxury brand retailer and have a good working knowledge of retail security practice and law. AM/1103-5 Apply
