TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER – Kent – £22-26k
Our client, one of the largest manufacturers of fire detection products around the world, seeks to recruit an experienced technical support engineer to join their product support department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day handling of technical calls via telephone, fax and email. You will be able to respond to technical questions in an accurate, efficient and timely manor. As required, you will be tasked with attending client sites both within the UK and overseas to provide on site support and training.
Previous knowledge of fire detection systems is essential along with a sound understanding of BS5839 design standards and system commissioning. Experience of emergency lighting systems and BS5266 would be a distinct advantage. NT/1107-12 Apply
