Coordinates workflow, deadlines and quality checkpoints.
We are a production team focused on expressive light signage for business environments. Our projects combine typography, engineering reliability and clean visual language.
Churchillrecruitment was built around a simple idea: illuminated signage should feel intentional, durable, and aligned with how a brand actually shows up in physical space. Over the years we have grown from a small workshop into a structured production operation serving retail, hospitality, corporate interiors, events, and architectural accent projects. What has not changed is our bias toward clarity—clear specifications, clear communication, and clear accountability when something ships from our floor.
We sit at the intersection of design craft and electrical discipline. Our designers understand how letterforms read at night, how negative space behaves when backlit, and how color temperature shifts perception in different materials. At the same time, our engineers treat every project as a system: drivers, wiring paths, thermal behavior, and long-term service access are considered before cutting begins, not after installation surprises appear on site.
Collaboration is central to how we work. Early in a project we align on constraints—ceiling structure, facade access, power availability, local regulations, and maintenance expectations. That alignment reduces rework and helps clients make confident decisions about scale, brightness, and finish. We document assumptions explicitly so that approvals are based on shared facts rather than informal verbal understanding.
Quality for us is not a single inspection moment; it is a chain of checkpoints. Materials are verified against specifications, assembly steps are standardized where possible, and finished pieces undergo illumination and thermal checks before they leave the facility. When a project requires installation support, our field specialists follow the same documentation the client receives, which keeps commissioning predictable across internal and external teams.
Coordinates workflow, deadlines and quality checkpoints.
Builds concept direction and adapts brand style to light media.
Designs safe power architecture and control scenarios.
Handles mounting, testing and final commissioning.
We work with certified materials and transparent warranty terms. Each project includes technical documents, service recommendations and acceptance checklist.
Our supply chain prioritizes components from manufacturers who publish verifiable electrical and photometric data. Drivers, modules, and connectors are selected for thermal stability and compatibility with the intended operating environment—indoor climate-controlled spaces, covered outdoor facades, or higher-exposure installations where IP rating and UV resistance matter. Where a client or architect requires declarations of conformity, test summaries, or batch traceability, we incorporate those requirements into procurement and recordkeeping from the beginning of the job.
Warranty coverage is described in plain language in your project packet. Standard protection applies to defects in workmanship and to electronic components when used according to our installation and operating guidelines. Exclusions typically include damage from impact, water ingress caused by unapproved modifications, operation outside specified voltage ranges, or servicing by uncertified third parties without prior agreement. We distinguish between manufacturing warranty and wear-and-tear items such as consumable seals in harsh environments, so expectations remain realistic over a multi-year lifecycle.
For corporate and franchise clients, we can align warranty language with procurement templates and attach maintenance schedules that extend peace of mind beyond the initial term. Optional service contracts may cover periodic inspection, cleaning of optical surfaces, driver health checks, and documented relamping or module replacement when lumen maintenance targets warrant it. Guarantees on lead times and dispatch windows are offered when production scope is locked; if upstream material delays occur, we communicate revised dates immediately with mitigation options rather than silent slippage.
Acceptance is a formal step, not an informal hand wave. Delivered signage is checked against the approved mockup, dimensional drawings, and electrical diagram. Brightness uniformity, color appearance, and mounting integrity are reviewed using agreed criteria. You receive a checklist signed by both parties where required, plus digital copies of certificates relevant to your build. If something does not conform, we prioritize corrective action with a documented path—repair, replacement, or on-site adjustment—before the project is considered closed.
Cutting, polishing and pre-assembly geometry checks.
Wiring, sealing and illumination consistency calibration.
Thermal test, brightness verification and final review.
Share your brief, references and preferred timeline. We will return with a structured production proposal.
